Zoom Event: "Mark Twain's Comic Strategies for Anti-Imperialism"

The Mark Twain Circle is pleased to announce the next in its series of zoom events, "Mark Twain's Comic Strategies for Anti-Imperialism," to be held on Friday March 21st @ 4:00 pm EDT,  moderated by Bruce Michelson, University of Illinois.



This event will focus on investigations into late writings that engage with issues of colonialism and imperialism, with fresh perspectives that promise new directions for the final arc of Mark Twain's career.

The event will emphasize discussion and feedback during its hour, and to that end members will be able to read drafts of the work in progress approximately one week before, and be provided with a password to participate. The Zoom link will be posted to your "Member Content" page and sent out by email.
